Guests can relax in the common living room and enjoy the fireplace during cooler weather or in the sunroom where they can work on a puzzle, play a cards or a game or read a book. Free wireless internet is also available.

Homemade local syrup and homemade jams accent the breakfast entrees. Guests describe the breakfasts as gourmet and delicious.
Guests help themselves to freshly brewed coffee, assorted teas or hot chocolate in the sunroom. Coffee and hot water is available early in the morning. Fresh-baked, homemade cookies are often served in the afternoons.

Breakfast is served in the dining room between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. It begins with juice, fresh fruit, fresh-baked homemade muffins, kuchens or pastries and is followed by a different hot entrée each morning. Entrees include: stuffed French toast w/fruit topping, Belgian waffles, pancakes (i.e.: plain, apple, corn, blueberry) and sausage, French toast and bacon or Barbara's signature Egg Bake made with local artisan cheese from Sunset View Creamery
